3 night minimum stay policy

Prices include all electricity, heating and laundry, (including towels)

Arrival time - from 4pm

Departure time - by 11am

Payment terms:

50% deposit is asked at the time of booking to secure your dates

Bookings are not confirmed until deposits are received.

The remaining 50% is required 6 weeks ahead of your arrival date

If deposits or balance payments are not received by the specified dates, then we reserve the right to re-book your dates

Cancellations/no-shows /curtailments - Deposit and Balance payments are non-refundable unless the period can be re-let, then monies will be returned.
